So FAST
What a difference a year makes. The 4th of July was Lucy's first big holiday at just over a week old. Here are pictures from this year and last year.

Love the new photos! Her outfit is awesome! We have to receive a contract on our house by Sept. 15. It's not looking too great :( We will get our earnest back on our new house as we're under a contingency if ours doesn't sell in time. We're hoping we will get a contract and if not, we'll just have to pick an inventory home in Dallas when ours sells. Thanks for asking!
I hope you guys sell in time! I know how it is! It will all work out, it always does :)
