The Magic House

Even Disney’s Magic Kingdom took a backseat to The Magic House in Zagat’s 2005 ranking of national attractions designed for children. Founded in 1979 (I went as a child) the Magic House in St. Louis is one of our favorite places to visit when we are in town.  It is three stories full of fun exhibits for children of all ages (including husbands :) Some of Lucy's favorites are the  "Town" complete with grocery store, ice cream stand, fishing pond and car repair shop; The bubble room where you can make bubbles as big as you are; The 3 story slide... I could go on and on. It was a lot smaller when I was little but I always truly enjoyed visiting and am happy now that Lucy does too!
